1. Who we are

Lune provides cycle-aware fitness, education, coaching-style guidance, waitlist access, and related website or app features. References to "Lune," "we," "our," or "us" mean the Lune service and its operators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lune. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Lune only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Health and safety disclaimer

Lune offers general fitness, recovery, and cycle-related information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

• Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing exercise, nutrition, or recovery routines, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, managing a medical condition, or have concerns about your cycle.
• Do not ignore professional medical advice because of something you saw in Lune.
• If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call emergency services right away.

4. Your account, waitlist, and beta access

You may join the Lune waitlist or use beta features by providing accurate information. You are responsible for information you submit and for activity tied to your account or email address.

Joining the waitlist or beta does not guarantee launch timing, invitations, specific features, or permanent availability of any pricing, discount, or founding-member offer.

5. Subscriptions, pricing, and founding offers

Some parts of Lune may be free, some may be in beta, and some may later require payment or subscription.

• If we offer paid subscriptions, the pricing, billing terms, and renewal details shown at the time of purchase will control.
• App Store, Apple, or other platform billing terms may also apply to in-app purchases.
• Any founding-member or discount offer is subject to the specific terms shown at the time of the offer and may be changed, paused, or ended before purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Lune. That includes not:

• using Lune in a way that breaks laws or infringes someone else’s rights
• trying to interfere with the website, app, APIs, security, or infrastructure
• scraping, reverse engineering, or copying protected parts of Lune beyond what the law allows
• submitting false, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content
• using Lune to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive material

7. Content and intellectual property

Lune and its content, design, branding, copy, software, media, and features are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use Lune for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of Lune is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page. If there is a conflict between these Terms and our Privacy Policy on data handling, the Privacy Policy controls for that topic.

9. Availability and changes

Lune may change over time. We may add, remove, pause, or update features, content, pricing, integrations, or access at any time. We do not promise that Lune will always be available, uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with every device or use case.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lune is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lune and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of Lune.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to Lune will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Lune in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Lune if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or used the service in a harmful or abusive way. You may stop using Lune at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of Lune after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
